About the Business
Welcome to the Joondalup Psychology Centre (JPC), located at 41 Regents Park Road in Joondalup, Australia. As a leading establishment in the field of mental health, JPC is home to a team of specialist Clinical and Registered Psychologists who are dedicated to providing high-quality care to their clients.
At JPC, we understand the importance of accessibility and convenience, which is why all of our psychologists offer Telehealth consultations. This means that you can receive the support and treatment you need from the comfort of your own home, without the need for in-person visits.
Our team at JPC is outcome-focused, meaning that we strive to see measurable improvement in our clients within three to seven sessions. However, the duration of treatment may vary depending on the nature and severity of the problem. We work closely with referring doctors and families, receiving referrals from various healthcare professionals such as GPs, Psychiatrists, pain Specialists, Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, Paediatricians, Neurologists, Educational Institutions, and Lawyers.
At JPC, we believe that the psychological wellness of our clients is a collaborative effort between our knowledgeable and skilled psychologists and the client's willingness to bring their strength, hope, and experience to the therapeutic process. We encourage our clients to practice coping strategies to effectively manage their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, while also developing insight and understanding of themselves and their issues.
Our services at JPC extend to a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, motivation, and stress. We also specialize in working with children and adolescents, understanding their unique needs and how the family and social context can influence them.
