"Have attended twice in the last couple of months. First was around 3:15 and was seen straight away by a lovely lady. I attended today for a booked GTT. Was attended to by Megan and, warned her that previous GTT had been a struggle to draw from, along with a needle fear. Megan was amazing! Didn’t feel the needles at all and she had no problem drawing the blood. The only downside was parking cost $5.20 but that’s no fault of pathwest. I will happily return for future blood tests as the team were lovely."

"Never had a problem with wait times and I go once a month. Just need to be smart about it. Ladies are always friendly and good for a chat. Makes a stressful time that little bit more bearable"

"Went to this place today to get a blood test. and reading though the reviews with people saying bad wait times and someone not there to check you in. Not knowing what to expect, I didn’t think it was too bad did have to wait a bit but when I was called in, the nurse I had was very lovely and apologised for the wait. And even with having multiple people though out the day she did her job professionally, didn’t even feel the needle since I don’t like needles. Also with the wait times once you got your card the the number to be called, on the back it does state that long wait times during busy hours like mornings and lunch. Just make sure to come in later on, or prepared. Hope this review helped"

"Waiting 70 minutes every time I go is ridiculous. They’re always understaffed. No disabled toilets. I dread going here because of the wait. A couple of the staff are nice though."
