"Rivers is the worst. Ordered something almost a month ago, still not delivered and after contacting the courier multiple times they have asked me to call rivers as they can’t locate the parcel. When you call your call centres you are greater by the most useless reps I’ve ever come across, unable/unwilling to assist in any way, their entire purpose is to try and get you off the phone to “just wait”. Not good enough. Have had to launch a claim with consumer protection to try and get my refund."
