"Every time when I get pizza I am shocked because I getting only pizza base nothing on top. I ordered veg pizza and I can count there are only 5 pieces of capsicums and 4 pieces of jalapeños. Is it called hot and spicy veg pizza"

"I came in on Saturday night as I was in the area and was craving a quick eat. I got the jalapeño bites and the new melt pizza that was advertised with garlic dip. As I waited to order the three staff were in the back chatting and ignoring me until what I assume is the manager, served me. He told me to come back in ten minutes, I came back after five and sat on a chair and waited. There was only an Uber eats driver waiting but suddenly a family came in. It was two older gentleman, and a man holding a baby that started talking to that same manager. Immediately one of the older gentlemen went into the back and started helping. As I waited I noticed the woman making the pizzas had a very long pony with no hair net, none of the staff had hair nets on. I assumed he was the owner but as time went on more delivery drivers came in and then the oldest man and the one holding the baby went into the kitchen with all of the staff. This is a huge health and safety hazard, none of them were in uniform but they clearly knew the staff and were just hanging around the back. They gave me my order and I went into the car and noticed I had no garlic sauce with my melt as advertised. I went back in and the owner told me it doesn’t come with it but he would give it to me free of charge. Upon looking on your website it is advertised that it comes with it. This is completely unprofessional and violates food safety regulations. This is coming from someone that has worked in the food industry for 8 years. Will never be back and will be contacting head office."

"Order a cheese pizza, received a cheese burnt & covered in bacon. Refused refund, questioned if I'm sure there is meat on there then had the nerve to tell my partner they find this hard to believe as they've never messed up an order I'm 10 years. Requested a photo almost 24 hours later, obviously in the bin! Disgusting & arrogant behaviour, avoid at all costs!"

"Wife ordered two pizzas online on a weekday after work as we were starving. We started munching as soon as we received our order without realising that there was negligible toppings and no cheese. We thought we were mistaken but no there was no cheese or atleast very little. Customer service is terrible as the person on counter wasn’t very helpful to other customers (even though I understand they are busy). Team Needs to work on few areas, will avoid it and rather visit tuart hill store."

"The most disgusting pizzas we've ever had. Paid $53 for what was supposed to be a mega meat lovers with tomato sauce - not BBQ - my partner only ate it because he was hungry. And the Hawaiian pizza - destroyed with the sauce on the top and overpowered the actual Hawaiian pizza experience!! Never again!!"
