"We've been regular customer's of Pizza Hut, Clarkson for many, many years. Our son even worked for them for a while. But then the business changed hands and the management hired family/friends and laid of the former workers (that probably tells you all you need to know about the management and owners). But this is when things started to go downhill. As of last night, we'll be finding another regular pizza restaurant. 75 minutes for two average pizzas to be delivered. A call to the restaurant produced only excuses and no apology or desire to make things right. Not good enough. Good bye."

"If I could give 0 I would. The customer service was absolutely awful. We ordered three vegetarian pizzas and received a non vegetarian pizza. When we tried requesting a refund as we had been on hold for over 45 mins to get through to the store and the guy answering cut the phone on us, was yelling that he couldn’t give a refund etc. He did not let us finish explaining the issue and continued shouting. We tried calling twice more and he refused to answer. Awful customer service, terrible and appealing. Will never be ordering from here again."

"Delivery is always super quick and met by someone really friendly. The pizza is always hot on arrival and yummy. Can’t fault them anytime we order. Thanks heaps guys!"

"Two for one Tuesdays - special. I ordered through google maps and couldn’t find the special listed in the checkout cart, but I checked the website and the special was there with the identical order -$26 for the two pizzas. Thought it may have been a bug on google maps just not showing the total order, but that it would be sorted out in person. When coming to the store, the manager insisted I had to pay the full price $48, and not the exact same order on the website for $26, as advertised with the Two for one Tuesdays. Refused to amend the order. Saying that the special doesn’t apply over google maps, only over a google web page - who knew? Really disappointed - stand by your specials. Or - clearly state that the special only applies if you go through a general google search and not a google maps search. That’s a big difference in checkout total. Will not be spending money here again. If you’re unwilling to help out your customers when it’s fair to do so, then I’m unwilling to give you my money. UPDATE: I called the number left by Dean the Community Manager expecting to rectify the situation. Happy to take down the complaint should this be sorted out. But - the number takes you to a generic customer service line, no one knows what they’re doing. Eventually put through to the same store manager who is still as unwilling to help. The reason I went to the online forumn is to bypass the rubbish management - not re-enact the same complaint process again and again. This is quite literally some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. The facade of “we aim to offer the best service and pizzas” doesn’t hold up long when you prod even so deep as making one follow up call on a complaint. I will never support this business again, and I will go out of my way to stop others from supporting it when I can."

"My New Review (January 2022): 1 star: Last chance. Got these gross raw pizzas. The Monday and Tuesday problem still holds true. In the years I've been ordering from these guys, I've not had a single pizza cut properly. I definitely wouldn't order for office, parties, or sharing of any kind. Only if you want to shove a whole pizza in your face in one to three goes. The pizza I had was so bad and undercooked that it made me unwell. Clearly the previous comment Pizza Hut made about thanking me for my feedback and advising the relevant team had no impact. Thanks Pizza Hut for making me never want another pizza. No, really, thank you. I appreciate you making me into a much healthier human. My New Review (November 2021). 2 stars: Do not order Monday or Tuesday. Total duds on every level. Sorry guys, I am posting this after the fourth dud. One or two, okay. You guys need to pick your game up. Floppy, undercooked, weirdly smelling pizza, with almost no sauce and not the same cheeses. My Old Review (End of 2020), 5 stars: I'm really surprised how great the food here is. The cheese actually covers the pizza properly. It's much better than the local Dominos where they really skimp on ingredients. I enjoyed the pizzas so much that I had to ban myself because I had too many!"
