"They never get the orders right but this last order was meant to be two double Angus Chicago burgers and this is what we got. Nothing was right in the burger"

"I ordered a whopper meal and a chicken royale. when i opened my meal, it didnt come with chips. i had to walk out of my car (drive thru) and get my chips. not too big of a deal. when i got home, i opened my chicken royale and it was a cheeseburger. the staff dont even offer receipts anymore, but i am sure i ordered a chicken royale. followed this up with customer support because messing up to this extent is not on, and did not hear anything back. the first customer support person was nice and understanding, but the second one i called to follow things up was so rude and mean, almost screaming at me, making me feel bad about receiving the very minimal standards that i expected at fast food. seriously not on. so so so disappointed."

"Ordered a grilled chicken burger. I was informed that they were unable to to make the grilled chicken and asked if fried chicken would be ok. I was fine with that change. Without asking the manager gave us 2 free chips and a 6 pieces nuggets for the inconvenience. Amazing service! Food was good. About what you would expect from fast food."

"Clean store. But service was very slow given we were the on out customers in the store. Older style interior. Good location easy to get to."

"Ordered a Tropical Fried Chicken Burger, minus the bacon for religious reasons. Came home, the burger had bacon and nothing was tropical as there was no pineapple in the burger. Overall presentation was apalling to say the least . Did not look anything like your advertised burger. Very disappointed."
