"Usually go here at least once a week and it's been amazing however this time my calamari got missed off which I paid for, pineapple ring was so oily and downed in cinnamon and got 4 dollars of chips which was same amount as my sons 2 dollars. Girls were all to busy talking and laughing to pay attention. Food is much better when the mum and dad are cooking."

"The food was terrible, all of it. I couldn't eat it and nor could my daughter. I actually feel sick. Although I am marking you 5 stars, I would prefer to give you 1 star. Nevertheless, I don't believe in ruining your business and lowering your rating without having the opportunity to change things first. I ordered a Large cod that was small, dry and old. The vat you fry your seafood in needs a serious clean and the cooking oil needs to be changed. I also ordered seafood bites. These were so terrible. They were very very old and slimy and were not cooked for long enough. The 3 whiting I bought for my daughter were hard as a rock, old, tasteless and inedible. And the salad you served up was horrible. I received the ends of the tomatoes and onion, and the beetroot does not go with a seafood meal, it should stay on a burger. The lettuce however, was 5 stars, fresh succulent, nicely chopped and delicious. But that was the only perk. I was very disappointed. I couldn't put up a photo because it would ruin your business. The photo would have spoken the truth."

"Really disappointed. We are regulars here but last nights experience was awful and we will not be returning. The chips were burnt and green, and the hotdog was atrocious- had clearly been sitting in a hot box for some time. None of the food looked anything like the photos, it was genuinely inedible, funnily enough I offered the hotdog to my dog to which he spat back out. We had done a big order that came to $70 in total. I called up to give some polite feedback and ask if anything was able to be done/fixed, I spoke to the bosses wife and she admitted it was a bad batch of food so I asked what could be done and she said “nothing don’t come back if you don’t like it” “that’s not our problem” attitude and professionalism is atrocious. Do not recommend."

"I found out about this place by picking up a delivery once. I asked a customer if this was a decent place, they told me that they have been coming here for years. So I gave it a go, it was pretty good. Even though it was busy, the staff are friendly and fast."
