KFC Riverlink Food Court

"I've been coming here 2-3 times a week for around 5 years. Some of the fastest service available, nice friendly staff that actually smiles and to top it off the food is great compared to other questionable KFC outlets."

"The food is great and always ready really quick. I Love ordering the 3 Piece Box. Just wish you could select specific chicken pieces and not just type when ordering on mobile or through self-serve machines (like 2 thighs and a leg, instead of just original recipe, hot and spicy, etc). You can request this when placing your order with a team member at the counter, so why not have it on the app or self-serve machines. Please pass this up to the head office or the appropriate team."

"Ok. I am a regular here almost every afternoon and get the same food. Popcorn chicken Go Bucket, Mountain Dew Freeze. And after so many good times and small slip ups with this restaurant, it gets tiring. Not only today did I only get 2 thirds of my drink, but i was greeted by an unreasonably small amount of popcorn chicken and chips. The rest that looked like it should've been full, was full with air. The only non-downside to this whole thing, which believe me only just made it in, was the simple fact that the chips were reasonably salted, on the small amount that there were. The worker was Dean. I have provided pictures of the receipt and food below."

"So many people I see at KFC here at Riverlink in Ipswich. Unfortunately they do Not serve a simple Chicken Burger without all the Crispy Coating so I ventured next door for A Healthy Meal. This photo is what turned myself away even though I sighted Many Customers enjoying this type of Meal."
