"Had a very pleasant night at the Essence of Indya celebrating our wedding anniversary. The menu was extensive and when we ordered we were asked, ‘How hot?’ We explained that we weren’t hot curry eaters and the dishes were all pitched perfectly to our tastes. The meats were tender and the sauces were delicious!!! The naan and papadums were also great. The charcoal ice cream was a curiosity given gratis. The servings were generous and we got to take the leftovers home."

"Had lunch with a friend. So glad my friend suggested we go here. The lunch menu deal was generous and very reasonably priced. The food tasted amazing and the staff were very attentive and pleasant. The atmosphere was relaxing and unpretentious. Highly recommend and I hope people get behind this business given it's situated just outside of central Ipswich. The location may be a drawback for some but worth the effort in my opinion."

On-site parking and plenty of off road parking available. Seating available both inside and outside. BYO and fully licensed bar. Takeaway available for both lunches and dinner. Five star review for the food and excellent service."
