"I had been suffering from chronic back pain for many years (I blame mainly on hard work in the building industry). I tried two physiotherapist practices prior and had basically lost all belief in physiotherapy. That was until I went to Out of the Box. I was given gentle exercises to strengthen my core, and have been slowly increasing the level of difficulty. Just 4 visits is all it took. I now intend to return for periodic tune ups as necessary.
