Unlike other institutions, we do not require a GP referral or mental health care plan, resulting in shorter wait times for our clients. We also cater to NDIS clients, charging according to the current NDIS price guide. For the convenience of our NDIS clients, home visits can be arranged in the Greater Ipswich, West Brisbane, South Brisbane, and Logan areas.

Our fees for standard sessions (50 minutes) are $126 for individuals, couples, or families. We also offer rebates for BUPA, Doctors Health Fund, and GU Health members, subject to policy coverage. While we welcome GP referrals and Mental Health Care Plans, please note that there are no Medicare rebates for private counselling.

The name "Limestone Counselling" pays homage to our street location and Ipswich's quarry-mining history, as the town was originally known as Limestone Hills. Our private office is situated in The Boulevarde, 17 Limestone Street, Ipswich. Access to our office is through the arcade, near the stairs leading to the underground car park. The arcade is pram and wheelchair accessible, with available toilets for your convenience.

Parking options include the adjacent free underground car park, as well as street parking in the vicinity. If using the Coles and Officeworks car park, please observe the signage.
