"I went here for an MRI. The staff were friendly and tried to help me. The waiting time was a little long, but this amount of waiting time in Australia is not that bad. The staff conducted my examination with professional knowledge and gave me detailed explanations. The MRI examination was not a very pleasant experience, but I was able to complete it well thanks to the friendly staff. I think it is a good radiology institution with plenty places to park."

"I recently went there for a scan and was going to make an appointment for it with the receptionist Claire as soon as she saw my referral she said laughed and said "oh dont be silly we can do this now for you" in a very rude tone.... she also was not wearing a mask.... as she was checking me in she consistently made little comments that were not necessary, i found this very unprofessional for someone who is in training...... it seems like exact doesn’t hire people with reception manners or experience! the staff who did my scan was nice and pleasant."

"I had a referral for a MRI on my head due to severe nightmares and severe migraines. My experience was pretty good. The staff her polite, basic and kept communication to a minimum which I prefer. I was able to lock my bag and valuables up for safe keeping so I did not have to worry about those. I giggled at the man wearing a suit. He looked important for he was basic and polite enough. The clinic is clean, water is available if you need it. Gloves are available for you to take face piercings out if need be. Parking was easy to find although the car parks are a little tight so be careful not to ding someone’s door."

"The rudest reception staff. (They lady with short hair in particular.) My husband needed a scan and was quite nervous. I was happy to wait in the seating area for him. Instead, I was very rudely told I had to wait in the car park. I had a full face mask on and there was no one else in the clinic. I definitely do not rate this place. No care for their patients at all."
