We understand that some appointments may require longer consultation times, such as health assessments, skin checks, iron infusion, child vaccination, skin procedures, and discussions regarding complex concerns. Our standard appointments are 10 minutes, but our doctors can advise if your next appointment needs to be longer or conducted face to face/Telehealth.

When it comes to test results, we strive to provide timely and accurate information. If you're awaiting your test results, our support staff will advise you on when they will be available. However, for security purposes, we cannot provide results over the phone. We kindly request that you book an appointment with the doctor to discuss your results.

If you require a medical certificate for work due to illness, please schedule an appointment with a doctor. Please note that medical certificates cannot be backdated, so it's essential to see the doctor on the date you need it.

Your medical records and personal information are securely kept, and our practitioners adhere to the AMA Code of Ethics regarding Privacy and Confidentiality. For pathology tests, a referral from your GP is required. We encourage you to have the referral ready when visiting the pathology collection center. Some tests, such as pregnancy glucose tolerance testing, may require you to book with pathology.

If you are a work cover patient, please inform your employer before your first consultation so they can provide you with a claim number related to your current case. You can then conveniently book a work cover consult online.

If you require a specialist referral, our GPs can discuss your situation and provide you with the necessary referral. Please note that specialist referrals cannot be backdated, and any charges should be discussed directly with the specialist.
