While Westfield charges for parking over 3 hours, if you use the IKEA parking on B1 and L2, you can enter your car registration on exiting at the payment terminals and select IKEA customer to get an extra hour free. Alternatively, you can download the Westfield Plus app and register, which automatically grants you 4 hours of free parking.
Our Click and collect counters are where you'll find our service located. If you're in need of a quick charge for your electric vehicle, we have two super-fast chargers integrated with a cable system for your convenience. Additionally, we have two normal fast chargers available, but please note that connection leads that come with your vehicle will be required.
We strive to provide a comfortable and inclusive environment for all our customers. Every Tuesday between 10:30 and 11:30 am, we offer a reduced sensory experience. During this time, the lights will be dimmed, music will be turned off, and store announcements will be limited unless there is an emergency. If you require a map of higher sensory areas, it will be available at the store entrance.
At IKEA North Lakes, we cater to the whole family. We have baby change rooms, kids' menu options, and even free nappies for those little accidents (just ask our people greeter). While you can do everything yourself, we also offer a range of services to make your life easier. To learn more about all the services we provide, please visit our services page.

Reviews
"Love love the pork ribs. Simple, tasty, not fatty or too spicy. Thank you as we are coming back tonight for the same ❤️❤️❤️"
"I just received the best service. I came at a quiet time with my headphones on and although I asked for the receipt I forgot to take it so it was brought to me. Was super friendly, sweet and received great customer service in the register. So happy, thank you."
"I’m astounded to say the veggie dog was absolutely delicious and good value."
"I never thought that I'd ever write a negative review for IKEA, but this day has come. Meals have become overpriced and badly cooked: salmon was oversalted, very few potatoes to it, fatty ribs, squished meatballs! You managed to ruin meatballs! All of that paired with splashy coffee machines, dirty tables and sticky floors, when it doesn't feel too crowded at all, leaves a filthy impression of "avoid it next time"."
"I love this place, only last 2 times we had a bad customer experience with a cashier. A big guy, no name tag. Didn't give spoon to the jelly, we asked hot chocolate he didn't give us neither and finally when gave it was like what the heck we want from him yet?? He never should work with people! It is very sad because otherwise most of stuff are awesome."
