"What an absolute disgrace!!!! Came here this morning with my parents and 3 year old son who had donut from donut king, we ordered coffees and food and older guy maybe the owner came over to tell us that my son is not aloud to eat his donut as it’s outside food even though we ordered food and drinks, definitely will not be coming back here that’s for sure!"
"Usually the North Lakes coffee shop is fantastic, but since the new owner took over, he needs to learn the words, "customer service." I had a free coffee and instead of asking me if I wanted to use it, he just took it off my bill. I use my free coffee's on my off pay week. When I asked him why he did that, he wanted to know why I wanted to keep the "freebie." Felt like say it was none of his business."
"My partner ordered a meal here while we went shopping and I met him back here with food from elsewhere - dietary requirements. I hadn’t even started eating before the owner came and said he can’t have ‘outside food’ in the restaurant, we can’t sit at the seats outside either because it’s all their seating. No real reason given and it’s not like no money had been spent there to sit there. We had to both leave unless we wanted to eat seperate. Pretty mean."
"Worst coffee i have had. Watery and no taste. The girl who served us spilled the coffee and left it there without appologising or cleaning it up. People want to enjoy the 10min break with a nice coffee and a time out. Didnt happen here. TERRIBLE COFFEE...!!"
