"Audrey the consultant at Chermside, is very competent and gave service worthy of a ten. Her integrity is impeccable in her role. At a systems level, it is disappointing that there is a process where a properly executed Enduring Power of Attorney, that would be recognised in a Court, has to be considered/processed through BUPA's legal department, thus slowing down the process of being able to exercise the authority that already exists, but is not automatically accepted by BUPA. The documentation provided is original, accurate, properly executed, and has been accepted by various other agencies, both commercial and government without let or hindrance such as encountered when dealing with BUPA. This is a process that should be able to be done within the BUPA office when attending that office."

"Bupa does not accommodate my needs. Bupa does not want to cover or give the same benefit to osteopathy as physiotherapy and chiropractic. Members benefit network is stupid because it's limiting customers choice and what they actually need. Customers must be able to choose who we want to see and get the same benefit regardless. Bupa rather have customers move to another insurance provider than changing their faulty system !!!! I've been with BUPA for almost 10 years and and have not claimed much extras at all other than dental and optical. I just found out osteopathy is the best option for my issue. But Bupa does not care because of their faulty members first program."
