"Do not purchse any package at this clinic. Once you have paid it's impossible to book an appointment, if you finally do they will cancel it last minute with a message that the staff is sick. I tried to call the clinic - the number was invalid!! I rang the head office, they informed me to get a refund I have to wait for the management to review it which can take more than 2 weeks. Worst place ever."

"This place is a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I booked an appointment for my pre packed laser over the phone, worst customer service ever and couldn’t book for at least 2 months in advance after my original appointment got cancelled for someone being ‘sick’. Day before my appointment I check my account and appointment was never booked by the rude lady over the phone. They turn the laser down super low so you have to keep going in and isn’t as effective. Do not go here."

"Pre paid for hair removal, two days before my appointment they told me a Staff member was sick and couldn’t do it. I rang the customer service line to reschedule and was informed no one was sick, they just don’t do Sundays now. So I had to reschedule at a different clinic, that is on the opposite side of Brisbane and wait over a month to get in. Two days before that appointment they sent me a txt canceling! Rang customer service again who said I can’t have a refund but someone would call me to discuss my options. Two weeks on from then and I have heard nothing. It’s been months since I originally prepaid for hair removal. This whole franchise seems like a bit of a joke."
