"I came in to get a chronic hip pain, that has since i was 10, prevented me from running or walking normally, looked at and hopefully treated. "My back was injured over twenty years ago which resulted in major surgery (twice) as I was not able to walk without pain due to major posterior disc bulge. As you can imagine I have received all types of treatments from acupuncture to Physio, Sports medicine, and specialists alike. A friend recommended Helen. I was amazed at how different I felt even after one treatment. The 2nd and 3rd day after the treatment I pulled up a little sore in some areas, but they went away and I have not had pain in my back since. My neck, after a minor car accident used to sound like ball bearings rolling around in my neck when I turned my head from side to side.
