"My partner and I moved into area at the beginning of the pandemic, understandably we were both a bit apprehensive about having to find a new GP. We were so relieved when we both had appointments with Dr Chu and realised we had come to the right place, he is a wonderful doctor. He’s very thorough, clearly interested in getting answers to make things better and also very empathetic. To top it off, no matter how many times over the years that we’ve spoken to any of the staff face to face, via the phone or email - every single one of the admin has been lovely and helpful. Even the staff member who recently did a heart test on me was so warm and caring. About a year or so ago I even referred another person to Dr Chu and she soon came back to me to thank me for sending her there as she also found him to be a great fit for her."

"My eyes were so itcy and red. It’s been almost 2weeks and I couldn’t sleep properly. I visited other clinic and the doctor prescribed wrong eyedrops. I felt my eyes getting blur. I was really worried about it and my friend recommended here so I visited. Dr Jeeda pincombe, she was really competent and checked my eyes carefully. She said stop using my eyedrops and prescribed other one and I got better as soon as I put it in the eye drops. I’m really appreciate for this clinic where she is and I will definitely visit here again."

"I would give 0 if I could, they will just cancel your appointment for no reason. No other practice has ever done that and I will advise staying away from here."

"One if the best Drs clinics I've been to; I never wait very long (other than during covid times), usually 15mins max; I've seen about 4-5 different drs there and they have all been very kind and professional; I've even had Drs go above and beyond to help me get seen at the hospital, potentially saving my life. Honestly, even if bulk billing clinics became a thing again, I probably wouldn't leave newmarket family drs. The staff at the counter have also always bren nice and polite to me, even when they're clearly very busy. My only gripe is that some of my favourite drs are often booked out for a couple of weeks, but realistically that's to be expected."

"My family has been patients of the clinic for a few years. We have always had exceptional service but yesterday was above and beyond! I got my daughters vaccination appointment time wrong so we were a week early. There was a doctor in reception as I realised and she offered to see us straight away. It was such a kind offer and I definitely appreciated it as my toddler, husband and I were all there. If you’re lucky enough to see this post and consider becoming a patient, you won’t regret it."
