"Reception area is quiet and peaceful. There’s even toys for the younger kids which is hard to find these days. Waiting time isn’t very long at all. Dr San Ku is always amazing with my children. She genuinely cares and takes the time to listen to your concerns/ worries. You don’t feel ‘rushed’ to get out of her office and she goes above and beyond to help. Our children love going to see her. She’s also extremely patient and understanding with my son who has special needs. He isn’t made to feel rushed and we don’t have an appointment ‘talking about him’ she actually talks to him. I wouldn’t take my children anywhere else."

"I went in for my first appointment today. When I first entered the surgery, it was lovely, quiet and calming. The atmosphere was lovely, nice interior. The man on the front counter was ever so pleasant and polite, and very warming. Dr John was amazing and filled with so much empathy, I brought in my sick child and I could see he was sad to see her so down. I love this new medical centre. Always plenty of appointment available and not much waiting time."

After many years of visiting doctors in the area & not being satisfied and constantly feeling rushed out the door & not being listened too, with forest lake doctors in Camira it’s the opposite. Dr San Ku is a breath of fresh air and the entire staff. This is something the area has needed for a long time & I’m glad I decided to give them the chance. Dr San Ku is incredible she is thorough & goes above and beyond, she already has done so much more than any other dr I have visited in the area over years. The nurse & reception are friendly & knowledgeable, it’s a fantastic well oiled team.
