"If I could choose 0 stars I would! I had the WORST ever massage from this place today. I went once before and it was average but thought I’d give it a 2nd chance….. I asked for a 45 min massage but only to get a lady who hardly did anything, she left the room 3 times and left the door open every time and didn’t close it after re entering, she didn’t make the time up either, she scratched my head at the end of the massage which was very rough and then to top it off she roughly massaged my ears then proceeded to stick her fingers in both my ears and move them around ! I have no idea how this place hasn’t been shut down yet. Totally inexperienced and unprofessional ti say the least."

"3 times I have been definitely my last only one out of the 3 was any good today I paid $130 for acupuncture and massage they massaged one shoulder for 10 minutes put 6 needles in it left me in the room for half an hour come back rubbed it again scratched my head and said I’m finished what a crock of s@#+ and she could only speak to me through here translating app"

"I've had a lot of massages, but this one would have to be the worst I've ever had. Massaging bones doesn't make one relaxed. Not only that, I booked a 45 minute and got 35 and she left the room five time. Waste of time and money."

"Absolutely terrible experience and would leave no stars if I could. I got gifted a voucher for a 1 hour massage for when they opened at 10am. Was told to wait for 15mins before someone could start on me and never received the full hour, why I had to wait 15mins when I was the first client is beyond me. The male "massaging" sat on me twice and then kneeled into my leg hurting me. Was pinching me 90% of the massage and didn't seem experienced at all, kept massaging over my bones. Was coughing right near my head, talking loudly to the person that's meant to be out the front. There was no music playing so you could hear every one talking and banging and the noise from the shopping centre. Got walked in on while getting undressed, they stopped massaging 3 times and kept leaving the room and would leave the door wide open every time. Left crying and they refused a refund and told me to come back for a free 30min massage another day."

"I had easily the worst massage of my life here. Firstly, they make you pay in advance, weird. I get put in the freezing COLD room for easily 5-10 minutes just waiting. The massager come in, what's that smell? He took his shoes off and STUNK up the room something fierce. I had to nearly beg the person to ease up a bit as I was in genuine PAIN. The final time I looked up toward him to ask to ease up again I found him just leaning on my back sliding his forearm around PLAYING ON HIS PHONE! I ask him to leave so I can put my clothes on as I wanted to leave and he wouldn't get out and I have to yell and cause a scene so he would leave the room. I get dressed and leave the room and ask for a refund as I feel definitely deserve it consider the fool wasn't even massaging me. I'm told that they have no way to refund money, apparently no cash and no eftpos (how I paid). I'm not having it so I stand my ground, the staff run around and gather the cash from their wallets to refund me. That is so shady but I take the cash anyway as I'm fuming and I won't be had by this sham of a business. In addition to all that, this is the second time I've made this review as they delete."
