At Gympie Road Medical Centre, we pride ourselves on creating a respectful and caring environment for our patients. We serve the Lawnton, Petrie, Bray Park, and Strathpine areas, ensuring convenient access to quality healthcare. Our doctors are available 7 days a week with flexible hours, providing high-quality care from Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5pm, and on weekends from 9am to 5pm. Please note that we are closed on public holidays.

At Gympie Road Medical Centre, we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare for all. Our doctors have their own consult fee arrangements, and bulk billing is available for Pension card holders, Healthcare card holders, and children under the age of 16 with a current Medicare card. Many of our allied health services are also eligible for Medicare or private health care rebates.

Our centre offers a wide array of allied health services, including physiotherapy, dietitian services, psychology, podiatry, and more. We also provide specialized services such as travel medicine and immunizations, antenatal care and women's health, employment medicals, chronic disease management, and weight management. Additionally, we have visiting specialists who attend our practice to ensure convenience and continuity of care for our patients.

Our doctors have diverse areas of expertise, including medical employment, older persons' health and nursing home care, skin cancer screening, weight management, and mental health. We strive to meet the unique healthcare needs of our patients and provide specialized care when necessary.

Since 2016, we have been an accredited training practice for GP Registrars. These qualified doctors have completed their hospital-based years and are training in the specialty of General Practice. We also host nursing and medical students for placements at our practice, working closely with GPTQ, the GP training provider for Queensland, as well as TAFE, the training provider for nurses in Queensland.

As Australians spend a significant amount of time outdoors and are exposed to high UV rays, we emphasize the importance of sun protection and offer advice on staying safe in the sun.
