"I urgently needed a script that I usually got filed in Brisbane but was unable to make an appointment before mymedication ran put. I tried to call; cannot leave a message. I walked in during office hours. There was a lovely reception area & receptionist working there. However...NO doctors! I was told that the only Dr on was not taking new patients. I checked their website & Health Engine. None of the "contact us" numbers are links so I had to write down their number. The calendar would not change the date; it would only show appointments for the same day. I gave up & tried elsewhere. Such a shame. It looks like such a new & professional looking practice ..just very poorly represented on the web & with a Dr shortage."
