"We recently had to buy a new mattress at the last minute due to a toddler incident… I called ahead and checked stock and delivery times and Gillian at Bedshed North Lakes was lovely and helpful and locked in a delivery time for the following day, provided I came in and purchased the mattress before COB. If she hadn’t have done this for us, we wouldn’t have got it for at least 3-5days. In store Sue-Ann patiently took me around and explained the features and prices of each mattress while I laid on each one well over 2-3 times. She was very knowledgeable and kind and not forceful in the slightest. It was a really relaxed experience. We got a great price, checkout was easy, delivery was efficient and we are so happy with our new mattress-having the best sleep without feeling each others movement. Highly recommend Bedshed north lakes based on customer service and quality of the products! If I could give more stars for the box of chocolates they also gave me, I would."
