"Was chasing someone to have a look at my pump (was playing up) & perfrom monthly servicing on my pool. Had someone come out & quoted $3600 for a new pump and chlorinator. Fixed the pump myself for $219. Phoned another company at strathpine for the servicing, they have been fantastic, checked chlorinator and said it's producing chlorine fine. Atlantis also charged $88 for coming around and giving me a ridiculous quote. My experience shows they're incompetent & try to extort money any way they can. It was not advertised there would be a fee for a quote, and is something I've never experienced in the past."

"Requested them to have look at a leak in the pool filter they didn’t have any solution apart from replacing the whole part and talked a lot about maintaining the PH and gave call out fee invoice of $100 advised ok to be paid at shop. After a couple of days went to the shop to pay the invoice a young guy behind the counter asked the address gave the details checked their system and advised they can’t see any outstanding bills and nothing to pay. After few weeks without any call or email from Atlantis pool care received a text message from debt collectors that I owe an outstanding amount and the case was referred to them by this pool care. Paid the outstanding. What a outstanding customer experience … 1st and last time I would deal with this company. Wonder what their staff is doing behind the counters and what sort of checks are they really doing… wasting my time …miss communication and embarrassing experience… based on the other review feels like whole point is to make call out fees rather than understanding the problem and finding a solution and providing a service that would create a positive experience."

"We are a very new customer, we had an issue with a pool pump that is less than 1 year old, not related to Atlantis at all, but they came out to site, checked for errors, then went back and lodged the warranty claim with supplier on our behalf. What amazing customer service. Looking forward to them caring for our pool for many years to come."

"These guys are the best on advise if they say cant get salt it's true if you want to use bunning salt go right ahead as you will do more damage to your pool,i have been asked who is a pool shop I would recommend these guys I would 100 percent,I wouldn't go to anyone else,Paul is probably the best person I have had the pleasure to deal with,I have been telling people to go there"

"The team at Atlantis Pool Services are very knowledgeable and friendly. They send us text messages to remind us to do a water test on our pool. The prices for pool chemicals are very competitive and well stocked. We found that we got better service here then from another pool service company that is close by. We purchased a pool item from the store and they followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure that it was working correctly. Thank you team for your awesome service."
