"Very disappointed with the Agencys reply in regards to our application. As a previous PM and an Owner myself, i will only use a local agent and an agent that understands both owners and tenants situations and the demand based on the current market. No owner will appreciate their property on the market for a long time. An owner sitting on a strong application that are willing to pay up to 6 months worth of Rent is a bit blind. Been advised by the Property Manager that it makes no difference to the application because they are worried about disbursing the funds to the owner and having nothing for future maintenance costs is not on. Please note for your information, it WILL make a big different. Every single owner wants tenants to pay their rent on time, its just YOU need to lift your game. Communications plays a big part in this role and owner needs to be educated as well in regards to losing money the longer the property is vacant. Thats why owners needs to find the right Agent to look after their properties and up their games based on the market. I will not recommend this agent at all to look after my property."
