"Some paint and new bits and pieces won't fix this store. Always hot and sweaty. They don't turn the Aircon on. It is well stocked. The staff are friendly but this place is still stuck in 1979 when it was built. Same floor which is worn out and looking at the ceiling reminds of the dodgy 1980s."

"This is a nice, fresh store in the Big W chain. The area is very clean, open, and uncluttered, making it easy to access with a wheelchair. The range is average for a Big W. However, it is very sorely lacking in ladies' intimates - a very small selection. There is also almost no plus-size clothing for men or women compared to other stores. I was impressed to find recycling stations for children's toys and electronic goods."
