"I saw Oppenheimer on Sunday night in Gold Class with some mates - $136 for three tickets.. Three hour movie: so I ordered a serving of hot chips for the 1hr mark and more hot chips + 1 beer at the 2hr mark - totalling $40. The first serving of chips (roughly 120 grams) came early at the 40 minute mark - fair enough. The second serving arrived with no beer at the 1 hour 5 minute mark - so early (and with no beer) that I said they must have been for somebody else - so the employee gave them to another viewer. My beer came at the 1hr 15minute mark (with no chips, obviously) - for the rest of the movie there was no way for me to flag down an employee the rectify this as we sat in the the front row and nobody walked past or initiated - also no call button on chairs etc and leaving the cinema to organise a solution would cut into my viewing. Very frustrsting - if you are going to charge $25 for a very small serving of crinkly fried chips and one beer then you should make every effort to serve them at exactly the instructed time.. this lack of organisation in the kitchen is demonstrated clearly by how the second serving of chips did not arrive WITH a beer despite the fact that it takes all but 5 seconds to grab one from the fridge as the chips make their way past. Disappointed. I sat chipless for far too long stuck in the mental circle of "bring me my chips you fruit loops, bring me my chips" - you can make up for it by gracefully displaying my two star review on Google. Also, this is probably going too far considering we're in a cinema, but not opening a beverage before the eyes of the customer seems unprofessional. I wish I had taken a photo of the ludicrously small serving of chips to accompany these words. The aioli sauce was exceptionally yummy, true story."

"Quite disappointed, ordered 2 gold class tickets and the ultimate food package. Drinks arrived but no food! While everyone around us was getting food apparently our order was lost! I requested a refund and got a partial refund minus the drinks... I guess that's what you get when the place is ran by young people... Experience wasn't great. I'm heart broken seeing my partner upset over this experience this night was for her and it was ruined by the lack of service we received. Thanks for nothing. Won't be returning ever."

"How disappointing, unclean cinema, and it had been left like this some time prior to our arrival because the place was empty. Do whatever they can to cut staff maybe two people on, our movie about to start and the place hadn't been cleaned, told the only staff I could see to clean the cinema, all he did was go and pick up rubbish, where is the quality in Cinemas these days, the used to have cleaning crews go through after each movie. Now two people in here cleaning no vac in site, needless to say there was popcorn on my seat still"

"Amazing experience at this cinema. The Gold Class Lounge is beautiful and the food is great. Alcoholic beverages are available at the bar if you so desire. Staff are nice and very accommodating ☺️"

"Beautiful gold class cinemas. The lounge area is a great place to relax before the movie. The recliner seats in the cinema are wide and comfortable which is great for a long movie. Food options are quite good and reasonably priced for this type of experience. Our food was good but nothing amazing. Highly recommend going during a week day before 5pm, as you can get a discount from full price as Cinebuzz member."
