"I just wanted to say a huge thank you and that pandora should praise the people who worked in store at pandora today (18/07/2023 roughly 10am). I lost my baby very recently so I got some pieces to hold my baby close to my heart, I of course broke down and the staff were concerned and looked after me the second I entered to shop. They were ever so kind, respectful and patient, they were just absolutely beautiful ❤️"

"If I could select 0 stars, that’s exactly what your store would be receiving this evening. I walked into the store with my partner at around 7:45pm 8/6/23. No one else was in the store besides two employees. (Brunette and Blonde) I came in to spend some money on some items as it was a birthday gift for myself. Your two employees did not even give us the time of day. They were talking to each other, they looked up and then continued on talking amongst themselves. I could not walk out of that store fast enough. I was so disappointed as I have been a customer of pandora for over 9 year and I have never received such rudeness. It’s probably because I normally shop at the northlakes store. I will never step foot in your morayfield store again. I do hope your employees do better and know to greet customers if they would like to make a sale."

"Don't believe everything they say I went today to buy a charm that was apparently on sale with the 50% off sale was told by one staff it was half price then when I got to the counter I was told it was full price if I wanted it as they are discontinuing this charm. Very annoying when I was told one thing first they should have honoured what they said first!"

"I walked in here with my children and explained to the staff that my son was choosing a gift for someone special. There were helpful and polite and were really just lovely to deal with a great experience and my 8 year old son managed to find the perfect gift and they presented it beautifully in a box. Great products great customer service very happy."
