"CHILD CARERS FOOLING VIP FAMILY DAY CARE VIP FOR YOUR ATTENTION : A new system was introduce recently which is very good since parents can approve the time-sheets weekly But there is loop whole since VIP workers/carers fool your company since they have their own rules Example; we need to book our child permanently for 5 hours for 5 days but they advise us, stating we can book our child minimum 8 hours or 7 hours per day NOT 5 hours since they have their own rule We need to book for 8 hours, otherwise we cannot book, so whether they stayed or not for the rest of the day we need to pay for it otherwise they refuse to keep our child All the VIP carers who live in Tarneit, Traganina area are doing this. Therefore as parents we don’t have any option, we need to approve the time-sheet whether we like it or not, otherwise we don’t have a place to keep our child As a company do you monitor the time period actually children are cared? Or just check the booking hours where carers recorded where innocent parents have to agree ? Please TAKE AN ACTION IMMEDIATELY ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ If carers can have their own rules why do you have a VIP brand? they can run their own business without a using VIP You think your system is transparent but you have been fooled since parents have to agree to carers rules minimum hours rule which is 8hrs or 7hrs per day. no option, parents have to approve your time sheets otherwise they refuse to look after the KIDS Also, unable to approach or explain them if so, they will treat our kids badly hope you understand our situation All VIP carers are same since they have their own rules if you cannot take an immediate action to monitor the time PLEASE ADVISE CARER MINIMUM HOURS REQUIREMENT, ADVISE PARENTS AND PUBLISH ON YOUR WEBSITE NOTE: CANNOT POST ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THEIR OWN WEB SINCE THEY DISAPPROVE MENTIONING SCAM IF SO, HOW DO PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT VIP??"

"I have been extremely disappointed with the services provided by both staff and carer. Over the past 1 year my kids would come home hysterical not wanting to return to S care ever again. After i sat them all down to talk to my 3 kids to get answers I've come to realize that my husband and i were fooled by her disitful smile. After we would leave her smile became a frown and she would always yell at my VERY WELL BEHAVED DICIPLINED KIDS and anything that happened between them and other kids mine would get the blame as well as the naughty corner which according to the staff isn't allowed. She made my kids time there very hard. They are not professional and i would highly recommend trying a few agency's before you choose. After a whole year of care she still spelt my kids names wrong didn't care much and her environment was very BORING. Ive since enrolled my kids with a lovely local lady who speaks fluent englisg which is awesome as my kids understand her and i haven't had ant issues with the kids. My only advise would be to SHOP AROUND and dont settle 4 just anything. Your kids are worth more than u realise and there are plenty of family day cares out there so do your research and choose only THE BEST!! If i could choose no star i would but it doesn't allow me to submit a review otherwise"

"I had the same experience, twice. I rung and left a couple of messages of which were never returned. I think on the third try I got someone. I rang to enquire when I was pregnant with my son and found them to be rude and abrupt as if they didn't really want to help me. I ring again about 12-18 months later thinking maybe it was just that person or that time, and I rang three or four times, left messages and no one returned my calls!! Shows how highly they regard the children in their care and their families NOT. Do not use this service."
