Rainbow Nails

"Used this place for the first time today. It started off pretty good, I was served immediately and I didn’t have to wait for anything which was great. She started taking the colour off and everything was fine. I did notice that she would go too close to my cuticle a few times and sting me with the machine which was pretty sore but I can get past it. The manicure overall was rushed, the application of colour is uneven and there’s dirt stuck under the polish which makes bumps on the nail which don’t look great. After she finished she said thanks and walked off, didn’t tell me to wash my hands or anything so I walked out the store with nail dust all over my hands (I could have probably just washed my hands at the sink but it was my first time here and I didn’t want to overstep I guess). If that weren’t enough, there was nail polish all over my fingers and around my nails that I had to remove myself as she didn’t bother to offer to remove it. There was even nail polish on the back of my fingers and the palms of my hands. There’s some potential but the overall feeling experience I had here was rushed and sloppy. They didn’t really seem like they care what your nails look like after they are done but expect payment all the same. Prices are pretty low in comparison to other places so you get what you pay for I guess? Overall, the job itself doesn’t look awful but I don’t think I’ll be back, I would rather spend more and get a better job."

"Absolutely destroyed my nails and the surrounding skin during a very rough "manicure". When I went back the following day to show them the state of my nails, they explained that they would only redo the manicure as they do not give refunds. As I was getting the manicure, two of the workers were sitting opposite me on their phones; one was - very obviously - taking photos of me, and they were both in hysterics... super uncomfortable. The skin around my fingers is so sore, and my nails are breaking because of how thin they filed them (unnecessarily, I might add!). I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"I had a really lovely experience here today! While I was waiting for a lady to start my pedicure, one lady got started on my manicure and another have me a lovely, long foot massage! Everyone was really friendly and my colours came out beautifully!"
