"The impromptu decision to close the Frankston child care in the middle of term has devastated a good 70 families. Would definitely warn against putting any kind of faith in this organisation."
"I am very happy with the service keep on going support with my case family violence to prepare before or court hearing time I felt confident make huge difference, specially I have no family in Australia thank you very much for all your support! I would like to say thank you to Heidi judg She very friendly, professional, patiently specially English is my second language."
"The owner's response here is misleading so I am making an amendment to my original post. I experienced a fraudulent act of charging for days that the service has not been taken. These dates are completely random. I have been trying to communicate on this issue on many occasions over the telephone and through email but it has been ignored. Based on my experience, I feel that this is a money-hungry company. I understand and respect the 7-day cancellation policy which is a general practice of almost all the daycare services. However, the administration of this company is manipulating this policy in a fraudulent manner to get hold of money outside this 7-day window. I would highly discourage any parent who is considering this option based on my nasty experiences!"
"Had to use this service when I fled my home due to FV, I would recommend going elsewhere for support if you find yourself in the same position. My case worker cancelled on me 3 times in a row (they were supposed to do outreach to conduct an assessment). Then when they finally phone me (instead of coming to my home), they hadn't read the case notes to refamiliarise themselves with where we were up to, and asked me to tell my story again. I said that it was really hard, as a survivor, to have services treat us like this. The worker got defensive and told me about how busy they were instead of acknowledging that making survivors rehash their story is traumatic and apologising. As a result, I never got the help I needed back in 2018, and in 2021 I still think about what my life would look like or how things would have turned out if this service was trauma-informed."
"Christine Becker at Precious Bubs Family Daycare has been looking after our 2 children for most of this year. She has an amazing service that our children feel very comfortable and welcome in. They are always excited to go there, and we've had no concerns the entire time they've been going there. Would highly recommend her to anyone."
