"Had a horrible experience today. Went in for my 7th session of laser hair removal for my legs. Mind you, each and every time I ensure I have shaven so the laser does the job correctly. However, today, one of the workers said I had hair all over the back of my leg and she was unable to do the back. She offered to rebook and I said that’s okay as I couldn’t take more leave from work. But when I got home I checked and saw there wasn’t even one hair on the back of my legs so obviously she lied to me possibly to quickly finish the job God knows. I called the clinic to explain and the manager said I must’ve gone home and shaved it and now I’m calling to get a rebooking done. So basically accused me of lying and took her employees’ side. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?? I have been a long term customer but after my 8th (and thankfully last session), I will not step foot in that place again. The manager then proceeds to tell me they don’t do rebooking and I have to pay to come again. Why are their staff offering rebookings then? Are they that poorly trained that they are unaware of their own protocols and what they are and aren’t allowed to do? Not to mention the overall nastiness of the staff working there- smirking and talking behind clients backs (in front of other clients present) about how disgusted they were from one customer etc. Very unprofessional!!!! People are giving good money for good service, if you don’t like your job don’t do it. Simple as that. Don’t try to hurry up the process by lying to people that they haven’t shaved therefore laser can’t be done on the legs. Like i said, it was my 7th session and I’ve been a long term customer but today being accused of lying really frustrated me. If I were to lie, I would’ve lied on my previous sessions and not on the 7th session where I don’t have any hair left anyway. Use your common sense."
