"I recently had issues with my beagle not behaving at a pet sitters. I admit he can be naughty and that he barks he is a beagle. I thought it best to remove him from that situation to a kennel. I contacted Manunga Meadows and gave them full disclosure. They were happy to accommodate him and assured me he would not be a problem for them. When I picked him up from Manunga he seemed distressed crying and wary of me which seemed very strange. He has been home now for 3 days and is not the same dog I left when I went on holiday. He is timid and lacks his normal spunk. I contacted Menunga and expressed my concern only to told that they used a bark collar on him several times. I do not condone bark collars and I was not asked permission to use one on him. I am horrified that I put him in a situation where they did not treat him in a way I find acceptable."
"Our furbaby lilli loves this place! Always runs to the door when she gets dropped off, staff are friendly and obviously loves her, such an amazing crew and place. Super affordable also! Thanks team!"
"I wish I could give 6 stars! I have two dogs (chihuahua and doberman) and a cat, and all 3 of them love this kennel. The staff there are friendly and helpful, and take care of my animals as if they were their own. The facilities are great with plenty of space for them to play and make friends. I'm so thankful I found this kennel as I know my pets are in good hands when I travel. Thanks so much Manunga Meadows!!"
"I had taken my Ridgebacks here for a number of years. The last time, in April 2022, I received a phone call whilst on holiday that my dog was being taken to the emergency vet. I returned from holidays the next day and picked him up from the Vet. He had a significant gash with stitches on his chest at least 10cm long (see picture). The kennel owner paid for the emergency vet bill, but said they could not identify what had happened to him. I entrusted this kennel with my dearest fur-children, and I did not receive them back safely."
"I recently took my dog in for a week long stay, and when I dropped him off there were no problems and all seemed well. Yet I go to pick him up a week later to find out that in the last 3 weeks they have had at least 3 cases of kennel cough, which my dog now has as well ( this is probably due to them not checking vaccinations for dogs, as I was never asked to show mine ) and that for a whole week my dog was barely eating. For starters why was it not mentioned that they had cases of kennel cough there before I boarded my dog. Secondly if there is an issue with someone's dog like not eating, if he was there for 2 or 3 weeks would he have starved or would I have been notified of the issue so that I may try and rectify it for them ?"
