"Fantastic store, Definitely recommend!! This is one of the most popular chemists in caplaba for good reason they have such good prices and products. I’ve seen this store before and after the renovations and honestly it’s been great to see it’s transformation. Before the accident this chemist was always super clean, stock was great and the staff were lovely. Now after the renovations it’s even better with a complete brand new larger store, everythings improved which is awesome!!!"

"Absolute love the massive supply of products available here and there are always discounts to be found. Customer service is always great, assistance always available and a friendly smell always on offer. The goats milk medical bathroom products my daughter must have are purchased here because there is no other chemist that betas the prices offered here. There is so much variety and if they don’t have it they will try their best to get it."

"Super disappointing service from chemist warehouse Capalaba. Ordered online for fast delivery where a store is not selected by the customer, order was processed only to then get a call saying we were out of the delivery catchment area for this store and they don’t know why it went through. I explained I have a sick child and needed the items to which they offered no help and told me to call another store and pay for the items a second time with credit card info over the phone and wait for a refund to be processed in the meantime. Given this was a mistake on their end this was a very disappointing result and made things difficult for a parent with a sick baby who then had to drive to the store for the order. The only positive out of this experience was the manager kelly who was apologetic and left a lovely gift at the counter with our order to say sorry."
