"I went in for a trim and this man destroyed my hair! Told me he had 16 years experience at his own salon in Sydney yet after my experience he needs to get re-educated! The most aggressive person I have ever had touch my hair, strands of hair pulled out left and right. He used the clippers around the bottom of my hair in a straight line leaving it so HIDEOUSLY choppy when I leave my hair natural or straightened. I had to correct him when he left the front of my hair completely uneven because he used the home job BUTTERFLY CUT TECHNIQUE to shape around my face, and even then, he only cut one piece to 'fix' it and didn't check the rest. It's so uneven!!! I went to another hairdresser two days later to get highlights and he literally brought up the state of my hair to make sure I know he wasn't the one who did it!!! He also showed me the back of my head and it's unbelievably bad. I recommend firing this man he is so awful I am so shocked someone could leave in such a state just simply from a hair trim and blowdry."

However I suggest to communicate within the team more often as it was a little annoying to remind all the stylists, that did something to my hair, regarding a condition I had that they should be careful of. "Stefan hairdressers at Carindale have been my trusted salon for the past few years. Customer service is always great, they make sure you’re comfortable when styling your hair and offer beverages. I personally get my hair done by the manager, Sara, whereby, she takes very good care of my hair and ensures that she offers nothing but the best advice on how to take care of my hair and what products to use in order to maintain healthy and non frizzy hair. She also takes her time to perfect my hair when colouring and styling, to make sure that it looks flawless. When I book at a specific time, I am taken in straight away and don’t have to wait around for someone to start my hair. Service is always exceptional and the products I have been recommended are great and has drastically changed my hair for the better. Would definitely recommend this store."
