"Have a sign “ Walk in Appointment Welcome” but when I come need to come back after 1 hour and when I come late 10 mins they say they need to cut my treatment short 10 mins because I was late Look I was wait for you 1 hour and you can’t wait for me for 10 mins Total disappointment 28/8 Monday 3rd attempt ( last two attempt on Thursday) to try to do “Walk in Welcome” appointment with Pre-paid service for Facial, can’t fulfill, will never purchase any prepaid from this store anymore. Also I just found out that you can’t use these pre-paid at ANY “Pure Indulgence” store. So if you are planning to purchase any pre-paid package… please have a second thought"

"Best experience at Carindale pure indulgence . All the staff were so helpful and accommodating. But my therapist Hadi was the best part of my amazing experience. I’ve been to other big name places eg Endota, and not received the same level of care and service.
