"Waited the expected 40+ minutes no problem but when we were next the staff allowed a customer to push in ahead of us because she’d been waiting but hadn’t used the check in system OR asked the staff for help. I look after a lady with dementia and occupying her for the 40 minutes was challenging but an additional 20minutes+ was too much. They lost 2 customers that day. Good news is that SnS was $10 cheaper and the hair stylist did a fantastic job"
"Been told for 2 years by all my friends and family to go to a hair dresser instead of cutting my own hair. I messed up my hair once throughout cutting my hair. Finally took the advice to get my hair cut by a hairdresser. I asked for what I wanted and I received an uneven long top undercut, "long top" turned into above eyebrows. Sides are uneven, and one of my sides have 2 different lengths. Hair at the top now sticks up due to shorter lengths of hair. It was worse than my mess up on my own hair. Would rate 0 stars if I could."
