"Here is the thing I probably never will get over it . I went to Stefan's at Strathpine about 6 months ago and I left very upset I had to pay over $300 for something that I hated and looked disgusting. my hair was toned an ugly colour as if someone had rubbed mud into my hair ,hair that was meant to look like a clean blonde..I expressed that I was very unhappy .I still had to pay that ridiculous cost hating the way I looked having to go home and attempt to fix it myself. I haven't returned to a hairdressers since the experience.. No one should leave unhappy the way I did. I never spend money on myself and that how it went ."
