"I got my eye brows waxed here today. I asked for a tidy, little did I know the lady who took me in was an apprentice ( she didn't say she was at the counter). Not one supervisor came over to assist her, so during the wax I noticed something wasn't right. She used tweezers to pull the not set wax off my face and when I asked to view what she took off she ignored me. I left with wax all over my face and very uneven eyebrows... I find it super unprofessional that I wasn't told from the start the she wasn't fully trained, I would have opted out and waited for someone who was. I spoke to the manager on duty who didn't offer anything other than a regional number for head office. I'm now suffering at home with major bruising on my eye lids. Here are photos of it. I'm not complaining so much about how uneven they are, as we all have to learn."
