Our clinic offers a wide range of services including counselling, psychotherapy, yoga, small group therapy, reiki healing, and breathwork. We believe in a holistic approach to healing, recognizing that therapy is just one part of the process. Through somatic healing, movement, and breathwork, we support individuals in their quest for connection, safety, and wholeness.

One of our unique offerings is our varied small group therapy sessions, catering to different needs such as single gender groups, mixed gender groups, and LGBTQIA safe space groups. These groups focus on building trust, safety, and the relationship with one's inner child. By creating a cohesive and nurturing space, our groups foster a sense of cohesion and provide members with new ways of understanding themselves and developing useful interpersonal skills.

In our small group therapy spaces, we form communities that encourage deeper and more meaningful relationships. Both the facilitators and members are committed to a longer-term journey, allowing for emotional and physical release, and paving the way for personal growth and progress.

The Bigger Picture Clinic is housed in a building that has been in the same family for almost 40 years, symbolizing our commitment to creating a stable and lasting foundation for our clients' healing journeys.
