Hairhouse North Lakes

"Completely rined my fringe a week before my year 12 formal. She cut the face framing bits that I previously had that were to my chin, up to the rest of my fringe, making it way too wide which is not what i asked for at all. Before, my fringe spanned between the middle of my eyebrows, but now my fringe is the length of my whole face. I said "maybe a little bit chunkier", before she cut it, and that was all, I wasn't expecting her to widen my fringe as that was not what I asked for. She also asked me if I liked my fringe above or below my eyebrows, and I said below. It is around 1-2cm above my eyebrows. i dont know how to fix it for formal it looks so ugly, and it's gonns take a year or so for it to grow back to how it was but my formal is in a week. I can't stop crying everytime I look at myself, I don't want to leave the house."

"I came here last year and had one of my best hair experiences. The stylist was so friendly, found common interest, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. My hair looked and felt amazing when I left (5 stars). I came here again a few weeks ago and saw a different person (1 star) she was friendly enough but kept pushing me to buy products which I insisted I had product already which I bought from hair house on a separate occasion. She recommended one product, which I said I had that I didn't really like for my hair, and then I said I have since bought another product. She then started recommending another product despite me saying I'm all good. At the end she came out with the original product she recommended that I said I already have and was just assuming that she will bill me for it with my hair cut, I had to remind her that I have it and don't like it. Then she wasn't sure what the other product was that she recommended and I had to tell her. I agreed to buy it to end the pushy discomfort. She also kept saying whoever last cut my hair did a terrible job and that my hair is cut really uneven (which I thought looked fine) After a few moments of her telling me how bad my haircut was, I politely let her know that my hair was last cut there by another staff member, she proceeded to tell me how bad it was cut and it felt really uncomfortable when she kept pulling disgusted faces at another staff member that was cutting someone's hair behind her (clients can see you in the mirror, be more discreet). Ironically, she gave me the worst haircut I've ever received, I couldn't see in the mirror properly when she showed me and I just wanted to get out of there so I just hoped it was great... it was not. I have one chunky slice on the left, zero shape, and the right-hand side is a good 2 cms shorter than the left. My hair is embarrassing and unmanageable. I'm lucky I can handle a laugh because everyone I know has pointed out how disastrous my hair looks now."

"The hairdresser's were so lovely and accomodating. I was really nervous to get my hair cut after having bad experiences in the past, but I LOVE my hair these girls did. They also recommended me a bunch of products and tips, they were so helpful and just beautiful."
