However, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we understand that it may not be feasible for both parents to physically attend our practice. Rest assured, we have implemented telehealth and phone consultations to ensure all caregivers can actively participate in their child's healthcare journey, especially when dealing with behavioural and developmental concerns.

It is important to note that GP referrals are generally valid for 12 months, providing ample time for ongoing care. On the other hand, referrals from specialists, such as obstetricians, are valid for 3 months only. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that you email your referral to us at referrals@redhousepaediatrics.com.au or fax it to (03) 9781 2623. Please note that we do not accept indefinite referrals, as we strive to provide up-to-date and personalized care for each child.
