"Arrived just above 50 minutes before closing time, receptionist rejected my request for a dental X-ray. Why be opened until 5:30 but not accept scans? Hardly anything was communicated. I understand arriving within the hour of closing could be a big ask but lack of communication and dismissive remains. Considering they read these reviews and say they "take feedback seriously" despite a repeated pattern, clearly they don't."

"Turned up for a dental x-ray before the 5pm scheduled closing time. Was told by receptionist that I couldn’t have it done as the machine is turned off at 4pm. Maybe don’t advertise that you are open until 5pm on your website if you will not do X-rays an hour before closing time. Travelled 30 mins to get to the appointment to be disappointedly told I could not get in."

"Had an appalling experience with a sonographer. She didn’t say a thing but mentioned the baby was measuring a week behind my dates. Wouldn’t say what could cause this. Only told me there was a heartbeat when I asked a few questions. The heart rate was slightly low and she wouldn’t comment on it. No compassion, terrible bedside manner. She said she would hand us pictures at the end so we could ask more questions and she just handed them to reception and moved onto her next patient. I wouldn’t recommend this practice if you’re having a pregnancy ultrasound as there is absolutely no compassion, you’re not treated with care, and you can’t ask questions. They also didn’t process my Medicare claim so I have to phone again and enquire. Completely incompetent."

"I was at Beach Street today for a ultrasound, the receptionist that was sitting in the middle of the 3 of them was so rude, lots of colour on her eyes, didn’t get her name. Told me I couldn’t get a X-ray that was needed as well, end of May would be the earliest time, but a guy walk in and also a mother with her child, with no appointment and she put them in, no idea what she had against me but thank goodness the other girl was lovely and said it was no worries for it to be done. Disgraceful she needs to be pulled up on this behaviour. Everyone else I couldn’t fault."

"This is a bulk-billed service, so welcomed, particularly for families and individuals with continual medical expenses. When you are in pain, ill and stressed, waiting can make a difficult situation worse. The staff have always been as accomodating as possible. You can walk into this radiology provider for some procedures like x-rays, without an appointment. Ultra-sounds tend to have a waiting period. Parking Warning The streets on either side, Finlay and Stanley Street have permit parking. It doesn't matter if you're critically ill and in pain with a blood clot. If you forget that this area has permit parking, or you don't see the signs because you're ill or in pain, you will receive a parking fine from Frankston City Council. Suggestion: If you are in significant pain, you should choose to be driven and dropped off at Capital Radiology. Even a Taxi or Uber fare will not be as much as a Frankston City Council Parking Fine. It will definitely go a long way towards minimising stress."
