For your child's first appointment, we highly recommend the involvement of both parents, if possible. However, due to the current COVID-19 situation, we understand that it may not be feasible for both parents to physically attend our practice. Rest assured, we have implemented telehealth and phone consultations, allowing us to connect with the other caregiver and ensure their valuable input is considered. This is especially crucial for children with behavioral and developmental concerns.

Please note that GP referrals are generally valid for 12 months, while referrals from specialists like obstetricians are valid for 3 months only. To streamline the process, we kindly request that you email your referral to referrals@redhousepaediatrics.com.au or fax it to us at (03) 9781 2623. Unfortunately, we do not accept indefinite referrals, as regular updates are essential for providing the best possible care to your child.
