"Sensational care by very friendly and memorable staff from front desk, nurses, radio therapists and organisers on P2. Staff are insightful, understanding and really helpful. Staff hiring policy is obviously exceptional. A real culture of what one expects a hospital to be but in these trying times often isn't. Waiting times are very low, yet one never feels rushed. "This hospital is amazing, it's changed from the picture above so don't look for the building in that picture, I had used a couple of different department here, the first was getting a scan done, here the appointment was on time and I was treated with respect and care and given all the assistance I needed, my other visit was for 30 treatments in the genisis rooms for radiation therapy and I honestly have never had a better experience at a hospital, the level of care and treatment is a whole new level. The staff (all of them) are exceptional so many times I felt like i received more care that was above their level of duty, I didn't feel like I was just a patient and although I was in and out so quickly I could see the patients they had with other patients that were not having very good days and the level.of care given to them was no less than brilliant. If ever a business model should be mimicked this is it, even now 2 weeks since my last visit I wonder how they all are going. Being treated for cancer can be a roller-coaster emotionally and physically and they honestly almost made me forget why I was there, they brought a smile to my face even though I was riddled with worry and concern, they identified when I needed help long before I knew I needed the help and I was given education on a partially unrelated matter that I've been having problems with for years all because they cared and were able to see things that I couldn't. Finally they have boosted my confidence and positivity of the outcome of my treatment. As horrible, treatment for cancer is, I do not and would not hesitate to recommend you demand you get your treatment done here, it's been my honour being their patient."
