"Amazing staff, always friendly and happy to help. We got two little puppies last week and felt really overwhelmed with it all, but they were so helpful and patient. The girl who helped me seemed to care more about what was better for me and my circumstances than just making a sale. I'll definitely be coming back."

"Absolutely love this store ♡⁠ The staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful, and polite. We bring our 5 long haired furbabies down to the DIY Dog Wash outside and it's fantastic and so affordable. I've seen another review saying it's not been cleaned since opening, however every single time we have taken our babies there, both sides have been clean and work very well. They have a great range of products too. The only downside for us personally is that they charge $20 to clip nails, even with small dogs. Unfortunately as a pensioner I can't afford to pay $100 a month to have my babies nails all done (I doubt fully employed people can afford that either, especially during such an economically strained time for everyone). It's $12 at the other store (not Petstock) that I go to in Morayfield, so sadly I can't have that done here and I make the drive to Morayfield instead. Aside from that though, I couldn't recommend them enough ♡⁠"

"Have a litter of pups on the way , spent 10 mins doing circles looking for a new dry food to put them on. Tried to find help the staff were more interested showing people pets then selling things . Two people behind the counter watching me do circle after circle of the dry food isles . I then left , where has sales/customer service gone ?"

"All the staff are always professional and helpful here. My puppy has had a few injuries being clumsy and etc, when I need to buy medical supplies there, they are always helpful with providing care to him and their knowledge on the items we are choosing. I love the pick and mix section out the front and my dog loves sniffing and choosing his own treats. The larger stock is a great addition and the warehouse has an easy yet great layout to find dog beds to cat towers. My puppy loves coming here and enjoys interacting with all lovely staff. Highly recommend!"

"The one staff member I met was lovely and the store was... New. However, I was really disappointed to see they where selling a Satin Guinea Pig. Guinea Pigs are already highly under appreciated pets without being put into the hands of unexperienced and uneducated owners whom are unaware of the extra care and maintenance of a satin guinea pig. When I mentioned it to the staff I was told the breeder was friends with someone that worked there. Not good enough."
