"If you are looking for some really unhelpful people go see Kirby, Julie and the other admin staff at this service. There was a mix up with our dogs medication and we had to use this service as a support to sort the problem out. Instead of being helpful Kirby made the process so much harder by just being a jerk. A big thumbs down for their customer service. I totally get that rules are rules but it seems they are happy to break rules when it’s on their terms and rather than helping me to problem solve it today it suited them to be condescending, authoritarian and just rude really. More than happy to explain to the owner or director exactly why I’m so disappointed in this business if they want more details. Thanks for your response below “All Pets management” I totally understand compliance requirements, privacy and confidentiality and don’t appreciate you posting my personal information in your reply when there is no need to do that. My review is about how unhelpful you were when I visited and as I said in my post you made something simple difficult. After reading your other reviews and your passive aggressive reply it’s obvious this is a cultural matter with some of your staff or you. Since my visit I have spoken to three other people who stated that they stopped using your business because of the interactional style of your administration staff. But it seems you are not interested in critically reflecting on why people would give you a negative google review. It’s easier to pretend there is no cultural problem."

"Got my fur babies a 'summer clip' and they came back looking like shaved rats. Whiskers and eyelashes were shaved off and no real style, just short all over. Definitely not coming back. It's not worth the premium price as they're more expensive than other groomers. I also don't like that you only speak to the front reception, not the groomers themselves."

"Highly recommend this animal hospital! After contacting many vets nobody would see our dying cat because they were booked out. This hospital saw him within minutes and admitted him immediately. Dr. Margaret Van De Weg explained the hospital treatment plan and kept us up to date consistently. Margaret is an amazing and caring vet, and we were lucky to come across her. Our cat is now back to his healthy, normal self. Thanks so much!!"
