1. We continue to offer in-person appointments, with practitioners using their discretion on whether to conduct face-to-face sessions.

2. We have introduced phone and video consultations for those who are unable or prefer not to visit our practice. Please note that these consultations may not be covered by Medicare unless you meet the eligibility criteria for COVID-19 Medicare Telehealth services. In such cases, the appointment will be an out-of-pocket expense.

3. Individuals with an active Mental Health Treatment Plan from a GP or Psychiatrist are now eligible for COVID-19 Medicare Telehealth services. Our psychologists can conduct video or telephone consultations with Medicare rebates applied. If you do not have an active Mental Health Treatment Plan, you can obtain one from your GP or Psychiatrist via telephone or video consultation.
