"I got my moles removed in April 2023 in the Malvern East clinic. I found the clinic clean with good tools and a clinical procedure. There was an out of pocket of $530 that was reasonable based on the number removed (some for aesthetic purposes)."

"I got otoplasty ear surgery by Dr Ashley (my ears stuck out). I had to get 3 surgeries!!! Due to the surgeries being unsuccessful and i was totally not satisfied with the results! Post my first surgery my ears actually bounced back out again which was very disappointing. So I went for a second surgery again .. post op a week or so I had elf like looking ears (stuck out on the tips heaps) i had to literally explain myself in detail and state how I wasn't happy with this, was still insecure (as i had to apparently pay again which i was definitely not going to do) PS this whole 4 month process should of taken 1 month and 1 surgery not 3 surgeries and still not being happy. Not only was my time wasted, had to cut shifts from work, petrol (40 min drive) and uncomfortable and horrific pain, excessive bleeding and uncomfortable sleeps. Im now 3 or so months post my 3 surgery and not that happy with results and I have noticed they are still sticking out more then I had wanted, at the start they were good now they are bouncing out again. Ridiculous. PS There is a girl with dark brown hair name Dina or Nina - rudest person I have ever met. When I was waiting over 1 hour from originally booking time I remember asking her whats the delay and her having the worst and most unprofessional attitude! Looking at previous reviews seems there is a rude receptionist must be her. I would NOT recommend anyone to get their otoplasty ear surgery done at this place, I cannot speak on behalf of the other treatments!"
